After collecting the key, you will need to find the Taraq Smuggler's Office so you can use it and collect your powerful loot. This can be found on the right side of Taraq Village in the north of the map.
The specific building can be found just before the bridge leading to Al Mazrah city, sandwiched between two smaller buildings. Head inside, and look for the locked door with Arabic writing on it.
