Fortnite is known for its wide range of fascinating and fun skins that players can don to help them stand out (or blend in) on the battlefield.

While there may be thousands of skins now available in the game, there are some that are simply the most popular (whether by general consensus or by usage), and we’ve collated a list of some of the most popular Fortnite skins just for you.

Peely

Our favourite anthropomorphic banana friend has to be on the list as one of the most popular Fortnite skins. Always seen in a match, Peely has become an iconic skin and one of the most used. Thanks to its many variants (including Agent Peely and Peely Bone), you’re certain to see a banana pal running around in your games.

Brite Bomber

While the Brite Bomber may be considered “rare”, it’s actually one of the most used skins in the game and definitely one of the most popular. The bright and colourful outfit returns to the Item Shop often and adds a little bit of sunshine and rainbows to any lobby.

Raven

Raven is a pretty old skin in comparison to some of the outfits in this list and was first released in 2018, but the corvid skin is a fan-favourite. Fun fact: the Raven skin is based on Revenant, a hero from the Epic Games MOBA Paragon.

Fishstick

Fishstick is not only loveable, but he’s also hilarious and crops up in almost every match in Fortnite Battle Royale. His bright orange colour and googly eyes are honestly kind of adorable. Fishstick also has a ton of variants (just like Peely), including Fishskull, Triggerfish, and Frozen Fishstick. There’s no end to his popularity.

Drift

Drift is a Legendary skin from the Season 5 battle pass, and his unlockable styles mean you can pave the way in the fashion world with a variety of different choices, from full-on kitsune to human.

Soccer Skin

Soccer skins are the bane of many Fortnite players’ lobbies and usually indicate a “tryhard” player or “sweat”. No one really knows why, but all of the variants of the soccer skin usually have someone who is very good at the game behind them.
