All playable characters in Super Mario Wonder
There are plenty of characters to choose from in the vast world of Super Mario Wonder, allowing players to have a lot of choices as to who they want to play in their time in the game. Some parts of the level also require you to be a specific character if you want to progress.
By using certain characters, you can unlock unique badges throughout the game to get brand new skills and abilities, as well as collect hidden items such as Wonder Seeds and Flower Coins.

- Light Blue Yoshi
- Luigi
- Mario
- Nabbit
- Peach
- Red Yoshi
- Toadette
- Yellow Toad
- Yellow Yoshi
- Yoshi
All characters play the same except Yoshi and Nabbit. These two characters allow you to play through the levels without taking damage in any of the stages. The only drawback is that you can’t get power-ups such as the Elephant Power-Up or Invincibility.
