How to upgrade weapons & amulets in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
You won't conquer Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown without learning how to upgrade your weapons and amulets to be more powerful. The game can be tough at times thanks to challenging platforming, frequent combat rooms, and boss fights, but these all become more manageable with the right upgrades.

Where to upgrade weapons & amulets in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
Click to enlargeUpgrading weapons and amulets in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown requires you to visit Kaheva's Forge in The Haven (marked on the map above).
You'll visit the Haven early, but the Forge won't be unlocked until you have gained Menolias' Bow from the Hyrcanian Forest during the Lost in Qaf quest. It took me about an hour to get to this point.
Click to enlargeAfter this is done, return to The Haven. To the left of the Magi Emporium shop, you can jump up some platforms and find a yellow portal against a wall. Interact with this to enter Kaheva's Forge.
How to upgrade weapons & amulets
Click to enlargeAfter entering the forge, speak to Kaheva to unlock her services. In addition to letting you upgrade weapons and amulets, she also sells some unique amulets.
To upgrade weapons, you will need Azure Damascus Ingots and Time Crystals. Each additional upgrade will require an extra Ingot and more Time Crystals, so you'll need to explore to get the most powerful gear.
Amulets are slightly different in that they can be improved with just Time Crystals at first, but subsequent upgrades require Xerxes too.
