• Open the main menu
• Select 'Shop' 
• Hit 'Redeem' and enter one of the working codes into the text box
• Press the Enter key and enjoy your rewards

How to change costumes in Party Animals

The costumes you've redeemed will then be added to your inventory, allowing you to equip them freely when you'd like. To do so, all you've got to do is select 'Locker' from the game's main menu, and then choose whichever costume you want.
