Doghouses in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies can be opened by getting an item called Chunk of Flesh.

So, really, the only solution is to kill as many zombies as you can. Depending on the threat area, you'll need the following amounts of Chunk of Flesh to open a Doghouse:
- Low Threat Area: One Chunk of Flesh
- Medium Threat Area: Two Chunks of Flesh
- High Threat Area: Three Chunks of Flesh
Once you find the required Chunk of Flesh and interact with the Doghouse, you'll gain a Hellhound as a temporary companion. It helps you in taking out zombies very effectively. The Hellhound will stay with you until the end of the match or when your or its health runs out. Petting the Hellhound will give you the You Can Pet The Dog achievement in Modern Warfare 3.
How to find a doghouse in MW3 Zombies
Doghouses can be found in various locations in MW3 Zombies. They are not marked on the map but are visible when you are near them.
