Call of Duty is gearing up fans for Modern Warfare 3 with the new Zombie Ghost Operator skin for MW2 and Warzone 2.

Unlike previous years, all cosmetics that players own are going to carry over to MW3, so this has given the designers a chance to create some exclusive skins to celebrate the next game in the series.

Announced ahead of the game's upcoming beta, the Zombie Ghost skin is a haunting rendition of the legendary CoD character.

So, here's exactly how to unlock the Zombie Ghost skin in MW2 & Warzone 2 before MW3 releases on November 10.

How to get the Zombie Ghost Operator Skin

In order to unlock the Zombie Ghost Operator skin in MW2, Warzone 2, and MW3, players need to digitally pre-order Modern Warfare 3.

This will cost £69.99 for the cross-gen bundle or £99.99 for the Vault Edition, so pick whichever option suits your price range and offers the best benefits for you.

The skin itself looks incredible, presenting Ghost in a typical blacked-out Mil-Sim outfit, with a terrifying zombie face that even exposes his actual skull.

Certainly not a cosmetic for CoD fans who dislike gore, the flesh is falling off Ghost's face, and will definitely put fear in your enemy's eyes.

When will Zombie Ghost Operator Skin be unlocked?

If you've pre-ordered MW3 digitally or are going to in the future, the Zombie Ghost Operator skin will automatically be added to your account on September 27

So, that's exactly how to unlock the Zombie Ghost Operator in MW2, Warzone 2, and MW3. Make sure to set your calendars for that date and immediately equip the spooky cosmetic as soon as it becomes available.
