The options are Default, Precision, Focusing, and Black Ops. You'll start out set to Default as standard, and you should give it a try to see how it feels. It is a good idea to try multiple sensitivities to find what works for you, then fine-tune it from there. For your ADS Sensitivity Transition Timing, set it to Instant to get the fastest response.
