Stripe is a pretty nasty Gremlin, and that shows in all his available moves in MultiVersus, making him a tough fighter to face no matter who you play. You take advantage of this when playing him to easily win your games.
Stripe moves list

Standard Attack | Bouncin' Buzzsaw - Throw a buzzaw projectile that travels on the ground and walls. It bounces off enemies when hit. | Aerial Buzzaw - Same but you charge it and throw it overhead. |
Side Attack | Nasty Swipes - A combo of claw hits and a bite. | Comin' Atcha - Charge a forward slash. |
Up Attack | All Claw'd Up - Kicks his feet upwards and swipes. | Chomp - Upward bite. |
Down Attack | Shh, It's A Surprise - Drop a trap and jump backwards. | Look Out Below - Slash down. |

Stripe combos
Using his grounded or aerial neutral-normal, Stripe can lock his opponents into hitstun with a buzzsaw. Afterwards, he can follow up with a forward-air to try to force his opponent off-stage. This is a great position for Stripe, since down-air is his strongest and fastest kill move.

Stripe can also start combos off of his down-special if he is able to follow his opponent’s knockback influence.
In particular, these can lead to kills at high percents. And, if all else fails, Stripe’s neutral-special coupled with his Grudgeholder ability ensures that he can get a free follow-up after literally any melee attack.
Stripe perks

Perk | Effect |
Boom, Boom, Bounce! | If your dynamite knocks you into terrain, cause another explosion when landing. |
Feeding After Midnight | Debuffs on Stripe last longer, but if he hits an enemy with the up special he cleanses all debuffs and applies them to the enemy. |
He's The Leader | When you leap from an ally's projectile, you leap much further and gain a speed buff. |
Fitting his status as an Assassin, Stripe benefits from a line-up of three Offence perks.
Painted Target allows him to deal extra damage to enemies who are already in hitstun, while Shirt Cannon Sniper adds extra damage to his projectiles that hit far-away victims. Both of these perks synergize well with his Sharpshooter attack.
Finally, That’s Flammable, Doc! enables him to Ignite enemies after hitting them with a projectile, which he can do easily with his buzzsaw combo set-ups.
