How to make money fast in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth
If you want to make lots of money in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth very quickly, here is how to do so. LaD: Infinite Wealth doesn't necessarily give you that infinite wealth, but there are ways to earn piles of cash quickly within the game.
Making money means working hard, but more money means more jobs, and more ways to level up and get stronger. To fill your wallets up quickly, here is how to make money fast in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
SPOILER WARNING: This method for making money does not become available until Chapter 5, so bear in mind there are some light spoilers for that stage of the game.
How to make money fast
The best way to fill your coffers early in the game is to complete Dondoko Island. If you have not been there yet, Dondoko Island is the Animal Crossing-style sub-story that Ichiban takes part in.
Click to enlargeDuring the main story in Chapter 5, Ichiban is taken to the island and meets its unusual inhabitants. Long story short, the island used to be a resort until it was covered in trash by illegal dumpers, and it is up to Ichiban and the team to clean it up and build the resort back up to what it was.
It takes a bit of time, but if you work on the resort and get it to five stars, you will make some serious money along the way. To put it in perspective, at the point in the game where you unlock Dondoko Island, you likely won't have more than a few thousand dollars to your name. By the time you complete Dondoko Island, you will have at least half a million to your name.
This is an amazing way to get rich quickly in the early goings of the game, and you do not have to stop. While you won't see the absolutely massive amounts of money you get from increasing the resort's star rating again, the money that the business brings in is still plenty, and you can return to top up your wallet at any time.
Click to enlargeIf you find yourself in need of more cash after completing Dondoko Island, you can return to the island and bring in more guests to earn more money. While you might have reached five stars, there is still progress to be made.
Continue improving the island and bringing in more guests, and you will unlock higher-tier guests who will spend more money. The more you do this, the bigger the bonuses you will get from your satisfied (and rich) customers.
Furthermore, you can convert your Dokobucks into dollars when you leave. Once your island is fully kitted out and you have little more use for the fake money, turn it into real money and you'll never need a red cent again.
