Here's how you can get the Ex-Caliber Rifle in Fortnite
The Ex-Caliber Rifle is a newly added long-range weapon in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 that fires the legendary sword, Ex-Caliber, dealing damage upon hit while exploding after a few seconds to inflict additional damage. So, if you want to use the Ex-Caliber Rifle, you must know how to get it in Fortnite Chapter 4, Season 1.
How to get the Ex-Caliber Rifle
You can get one of the six variants of Ex-Caliber Rifle, differing in terms of rarity and stats, from ground loot, common chests, and the newly added Oathbound Chests that you will find mainly at the medieval-themed POIs added with Chapter 4, Season 1 update.

But none of the above options have a definite spawn rate for the Ex-Caliber Rifle in Fortnite. So, you either search POIs or open common chests and hope it has Ex-Caliber Rifle.
Click to enlargeOr, you can find the Oathbound Chests at The Citadel, Anvil Square, Shattered Slabs, and other such locations, as they have a higher chance of offering the Ex-Caliber Rifle in Fortnite Chapter 4.
That being said, there is another option for obtaining the Ex-Caliber Rifle in Fortnite Chapter 4, not only the weapon but its best version, the Mythic Ex-Caliber Rifle.
How to get a Mythic Ex-Caliber Rifle
You can get the Mythic Ex-Caliber Rifle in Chapter 4, Season 1, by defeating the newly added boss, The Ageless Champion.

Once you defeat the said boss, he will drop his Ex-Caliber Rifle, which is the Mythic version of the said weapon, along with other loots, including yet another newly added weapon, the Shockwave Hammer.
Now, if you don't know, you can find The Ageless Champion boss on the main castle roof at The Citadel POI. Once you are there, navigate to the northern part of the roof, and you will find the said boss.
