How many chapters are there in Granblue Fantasy: Relink?

One of the biggest appeals of Granblue Fantasy: Relink is its lengthy post-game period, so knowing how many chapters there are overall can help you place yourself in relation to the ending.

It's not hugely long from a narrative perspective, and thankfully you get achievements on console that help you track your progress as you complete every subsequent chapter in the game.

How many chapters are there?

There are 11 main story chapters to complete in Granblue Fantasy: Relink including the short prologue, with one additional post-game chapter titled 'Chapter Ø'.

While only nine chapters are officially numbered, the last is aptly named the 'Final Chapter', and is only slightly shorter than the average chapter length throughout the game.

The earlier chapters in the game are quite a bit shorter than some of the later ones, as the latter typically involve lengthier level sections and even multiple boss encounters.

How long does it take to beat Granblue Fantasy: Relink?

While the official recommendation is around 20 hours, it took me roughly 12 hours to complete the main story of Granblue Fantasy: Relink with a fair amount of side activities.

There are plenty of side quests and other tasks that you can undertake during your journey, but I'd say that an average playthrough will reach the post-game period in under 15 hours.

Beyond this though, you could easily spend up to 100 hours in the post-game alone due to the sheer amount of quests available, and you can level your characters well beyond level 100 so you'd better get grinding.
