The Ghostrunner 2 release date is set for October 26th, 2023, placing it right near the end of the busy October month.

The initial reveal early in the year gave it a vague release window of 2023, so with the October release date, development seems to be on track.

Is there a Ghostrunner 2 demo?

As revealed at State of Play in September 2023, Ghostrunner 2 is getting a fresh demo as of September 14.

Ghostrunner 2 will be available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, where it will launch on Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The game's first trailer was the announcement trailer, which dropped during the PlayStation Showcase on May 24.

While we haven't had unedited gameplay revealed just yet, we have seen a glimpse of what we'll be up to in Ghostrunner 2.

In the reveal trailer, we see the protagonist riding a motorbike through tight, neon-lit corridors. This is all in between parkour segments and slashing enemies with a katana, of course.

The game is set to expand on the gameplay of the first Ghostrunner, upping the ante in almost every way with new powers, upgradeable abilities, traversal mechanics, an expanded narrative, and more enemies.

A big new feature in the game is vehicular combat involving a motorcycle, as there are now levels that take place outside of the city in the sprawling wasteland.
