Fortnite Refer a Friend 3.0 (2023): How to register and invite friends
Click to enlargeTo sign up for Fortnite Refer a Friend 3.0, visit the official Refer a Friend website and log in with your Epic account. Now, you need to invite some friends.
Participating in Refer a Friend 3.0 requires that you add eligible friends via referafriend.fortnite.com. You can browse your Friends List on the website to add friends or share an invite link, but you must be friends in-game on Fortnite first. You can invite up to five eligible friends to play Fortnite and partake in Refer a Friend 3.0.
Eligible friends are defined as individuals who have played less than two hours of Fortnite's Battle Royale or Zero Build - Battle Royale experiences (Solo, Duos, Trios, or Squads) within the last 30 days.
Fortnite Refer a Friend 3.0 is live now and will stay open until January 9, 2024.

Click to enlargeOnce you register for Fortnite Refer a Friend 3.0 and invite a few friends, you can play Fortnite with your referee buddies and complete tasks to earn exclusive in-game rewards. You can complete the same quests multiple times with different friends, but you will only get one copy of each item.
Below are all the Refer a Friend 3.0 Challenges and the rewards you can collect:
- Create a Connection
- Reward: Redcap's Revenge Spray
- Play one match of Fortnite with selected friend
- Reward: Wild Redcaps Wrap
- Place top ten in Fortnite six times with selected friend
- Reward: Portable Portobello Back Bling
- Eliminate 45 opponents in Fortnite with selected friend
- Reward: Shiitake Slasher Pickaxe
- Gain 50 cumulative account levels with selected friend
- Reward: Redcap Outfit
You can complete these tasks in Duos, Trios, or Squads of Battle Royale or Zero Build Battle Royale. Fortnite Ranked works, too!
