The Piggy Launcher is a wacky new weapon added to Fallout 4 as part of the next-gen update and you can get it by completing a new quest called When Pigs Fly.

This guide will show you each step of the quest and what you need to do to get your hands on this ridiculous launcher in the game.

If you'd like help with any of the other new quests in the latest Fallout 4 update, we've also got guides for those below:

How to start When Pigs Fly in Fallout 4

To start the When Pigs Fly quest, all you need to do is download the next-gen update for Fallout 4. This is the latest update to the game and adds a bunch of new quests like this one.

After downloading the update, check your quests and search for When Pigs Fly. You'll need to progress a bit through the game before it shows up so it might not be there on a new playthrough. Afterwards, just select the quest to start tracking it.

How to complete When Pigs Fly and get the Piggy Launcher

Head to Suggs, who you'll find at the quest marker, and check the terminal in the room. This terminal will give you info about some merchants you'll need to track down.

Follow the quest marker to Monsignor Plaza and head inside the building. You'll have to kill some raiders, as well as Marvin's store security guards.

Kill them and take the pipe grenade launcher from the room with the security guards. Be sure to read the note next to it too. Afterwards, head back to the area where you found Suggs.

Marvin will be waiting on a nearby rooftop with the Piggy Launcher. You'll have to head up some stairs to kill him, but the stairs are laced with mines. Be very careful not to get blown up on the staircase.

Deal with Marvin (and don't get blown up), then grab the Piggy Launcher from his corpse. For me it had a different, glitched name, which was odd - but it definitely fired pigs as ammunition.

Kill the rest of Marvin's security and you'll be done with When Pigs Fly, complete with Piggy Launcher to use whenever you want!
