Where is Officer Hagan?

Officer Hagan is an optional boss who comes during an event quest called Kill Officer Hagan. He's likely to be one of the first bosses that players will encounter, and he makes for a tough fight that encourages you to bring friends from your Diablo Immortal Warband Camp or join with some random players for the extra aid. 

To locate Officer Hagan, players will need to head to the Mad King's Breach Waypoint, which is located north of the Ashwold Manor in Ashwold Cemetery. After exiting the waypoint, just follow the road south down the steps, and this is where the event should take place. As it's limited-time, you will need to make sure you arrive here as it's happening, and there is a lengthy period before it begins again. You'll also know when the event starts as it will display "New Event" at the bottom of your screen. 

How to defeat Officer Hagan

Officer Hagan has a shield and sword, so he can be quite tanky and often charges forward with his shield which can CC you. He also uses lots of powerful magic moves, which is indicated when he raises his sword into the sky. The spells can range from fireballs to an extra shield for himself, but stay mobile to avoid whatever damage he outputs and keep chipping him down. Other players will also likely be around to help you. 

Once you’ve taken him down, you'll get a new entry in the Codex to mark your progress and a loot chest with some gear and resources.
