The ultimate goal of Black Myth: Wukong is to find and collect six Relics from the Great Sage, so you can revive Sun Wukong. When you finish a chapter and defeat the main boss, you can collect one of these Relics. Here's everything you need to know about them.

Relics explained

Aside from serving as plot MacGuffins, Relics also serve a gameplay purpose in Black Myth. After collecting one, you can activate it from the 'Relics' menu and select a permanent passive bonus

Each Relic gives you the option of three passives, but after selecting you cannot change, so it's important to be certain about your choice.

I picked mine based on the way I built my character. For example, I've raised my critical hit chance with Skill Points and gear, so I selected the Keen Insight buff from the first Relic to increase my overall critical hit damage.

The game also doesn't really communicate this, so it can be easy to forget to select a passive bonus at the start of each chapter.
