How to craft arrows in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora
Crafting arrows is a very important part of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. Thankfully, it’s easy to learn how to craft arrows in the game.
If you’re not sure how to do it, this guide is here to help. We’ll show you how to craft arrows so you can go hunting or take down RDA soldiers with ease. There's also a section on crafting special arrows like Storm Arrows or Grenade Arrows!
How to craft arrows
Click to enlargeTo craft arrows, you need to obtain some sticks. Sticks can be found by grabbing tall grass like the stuff pictured above, otherwise known as Archer’s Thicket.
Interact with the grass to pull it out and you’ll get a stick which you can use for crafting. Then, go to your weapon wheel and navigate to the bow.
From there, all you need to do is select the arrow you want to craft and press the crafting button. It will cost one stick for every ten regular arrows, but I recommend keeping a few sticks on you in case you need to quickly craft more arrows in combat.
How to craft special arrows
Click to enlargeIf you want to craft arrows with different effects, you’ll need to gather more than just sticks. For example, to craft a Grenade Arrow you need a Sulphur Pod and Spare Parts in addition to a stick. You can find these kinds of ingredients in the world and track them using the Hunter's Guide if you need more.
Once you have the ingredients listed, navigate to that type of arrow and craft it like you would with a regular one. You won’t have as much space for these special arrows - I only had room for three explosive arrows at first.
Different bows can carry different kinds of arrows too. You’ll need to craft different bows at a Crafting Table to make use of certain kinds of arrows.
Special arrow types include Grenade Arrows, Fire Arrows, Storm Arrows, Poison Arrows and more. I found Storm Arrows to be particularly helpful - with the skill that lets you eject soldiers from their mechs, you can stun them with one Storm Arrow and quickly execute them.
