The first thing you need to do in order to start New Game Plus in Armored Core 6 is complete the game. Of course, this may be easier said than done and may take you a little bit of time, especially with some tough bosses.
Depending on the choices you make in Armored Core 6, you can earn different endings. Two are available in your initial playthrough, but you'll need to finish NG+2 for the third.
