For a game that appeared on mobile stores and was discarded by many as being a simple rip-off, Stumble Guys has done better than any of its peers by a wide margin. Stretching across platforms, the game that took great influence from Fall Guys surpassed even its inspiration in many ways.

Stumble Guys proved to naysayers that it can stand on its own two feet as a true champion of the newly anointed gameshow party game world. The adorable title has made its mark and seems to be rising with the world at its feet. Now, it looks like Stumble Guys can do whatever it wants.

If there was anything that fans were expecting from Stumble Guys, it certainly wasn't this. Players have been hoping Stumble Guys could make its PS5 debut for some time now, and it's finally done it in a chaotic shadow drop that nobody saw coming.

Stumble Guys has touched down on both the PlayStation 4 and 5, and it launches as its open beta finally comes to a close after launching back in April. Cross-progression is in full effect, so don't panic too much about defecting from one platform to another to see what the full Stumble Guys PS5 experience is like.

It doesn't end here, as the game's team at Scopely has confirmed that a Nintendo Switch port of the game won't be trailing behind it for too long. It added that Switch support is coming soon after its pre-registration window, making this a double announcement for PlayStation and Nintendo fans.

There's no better time to be a Stumble Guys fan, as it seems that the game can be played from (almost) anywhere. We'll hold out for the Smart Refrigerator support.
