Capcom is lacing up its gloves and given the first tease of an impressive Street Fighter 6 roadmap. In an unexpected crossover that few saw coming, characters from SNK's Fatal Fury are making their mark on the 2023 brawler.

A reveal trailer debuted at Summer Game Fest, confirming characters from the fellow fighter are jumping into the ring. The updated roster will include Street Fighter stalwarts M. Bison and Elena, while Fatal Fury favourites Terry Bogard and Mai Shiranui will be putting us through our paces.

M. Bison is pencilled in for a loose summer 2024 release, suggesting he'll be just around the corner. This is followed by our first Fatal Fury crossover adding Terry in autumn. Rolling over into 2025, Elena is coming in spring 2025, with Mai rounding off the pack next winter.

We're not sure why Mai is so far away, but either way, it's clear Capcom has a packed roadmap for Street Fighter 6's sophomore year. Fatal Fury has been absent from our lives since 1999's Garou: Mark of the Wolves, and although we know Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is coming in 2025, this dynamic duo will be more than welcome in Street Fighter 6.
