MW2 players slam ‘money grab’ Jaguar Warrior bundle
Although gunplay, maps, and weapons will always be the most important aspect of Modern Warfare 2, cosmetics have risen up as a fundamental part of the Call of Duty experience over recent years.
The devs regularly release fresh bundles, with some being immensely popular and others like the Rat Pack and Izzy skins leading to backlash from the community.
As a result, the announcement of a new cosmetic always generates a lot of attention, while it's hard to know how players are going to react.
Well, the latest Jaguar Warrior bundle has been met with heavy criticism - being flamed as a "money grab" design that doesn't fit the CoD aesthetic.
MW2 fans dislike 'trash' Jaguar Warrior bundle
Taking to Twitter on July 6, Call of Duty announced the Jaguar Warrior bundle with an action-packed trailer showing off all angles of Native American-inspired cosmetic.
Unfortunately, the community wasn't impressed by the skin, with one user arguing that this is proof the game is just a "money grab at this point" and that it's getting "embarrassing."
Others weren't happy with the design, arguing that the devs need to "Add more mil-sim skins instead of these trash bundles." Someone else added, "Remember when this was called MODERN WARFARE," while another concluded, "Little offensive.... don't you think?"
As always, there were also a set of fans encouraging Infinity Ward to "fix the game" rather than pumping out more skins into the store. Not everyone was a critic, as one reminded us, "Dude who cares they added 'Anime bundles' so realism was never the selling factor and never will be especially with call of Duty and Activision."
How much does the Jaguar Warrior bundle cost in MW2?

This includes Ocelopilli Operator skin and the Gran Guerrero Kastov 545 & Legeado Lachmann 556 blueprints. It also comes with an emblem, vehicle skin, charm, decal, and of course, a sticker.
For now, we'll just have to wait and see how many players decide to purchase the skin, but based on first impressions, it doesn't look like there's going to be a lot of Jaguar Warrior fans running around multiplayer.
