Monster Hunter Now reveals 2024 roadmap, including Elder Dragons & more
The console-adjacent mobile game appears to have gone quiet for the uninitiated, but those who are in the throes of their development know that the industry is bigger and brighter than ever. Pokemon GO showed us just how exciting a franchise making the leap to mobile could be, and though it's gone a little quiet, the playerbase remains hefty.
Niantic still isn't willing to put all of its eggs in one basket, with Monster Hunter Now being its second-biggest offering. The game gives players some exciting chances to take down big baddies with a quick tap, swipe, and shake action that you can't seem to get enough of.
As Monster Hunter Now reveals its roadmap for the rest of the year, it's clear that all of the excitement for the game hasn't been spent yet.
Monster Hunter Now reveals 2024 roadmap
Though we’re almost halfway into the year at this point, the 2024 roadmap for Monster Hunter Now has finally dropped, and it has revealed a huge wealth of features coming to the game before the year is out.
Leading the charge is a collection of new monsters for Monster Hunter Now, with Deviljho, Odogaron, Tazitzi-Ya-Ku, and Coral Pukei-Pukei coming in spring. They'll be followed by three mystery monsters in summer (one of them being an Elder Dragon), with an additional weapon type to come, too.
We'll get Charge Blades before then, and autumn will bring new monsters, events, weapons and more for the game's first anniversary.
Niantic's game keeps on proving itself to be an indispensable part of Monster Hunter's output, and the remainder of the year looks to be an incredibly special time for the life cycle of Monster Hunter Now. The franchise is snowballing massively, so there's truly no better time to get involved.
