Mixing Dark Souls with the dark side of the Force, a frankly brilliant crossover between Star Wars and Elden Ring has us breathing heavily like Darth Vader. Elden Ring is slashing its way to the top of the charts and already pitching itself as Game of the Year, and with so much to do, it's hardly surprising.

Remembering that Respawn Entertainment's Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was heavily influenced by FromSoft games, things are going full-circle as we find an accidental nod to the galaxy far, far away, lurking in the Lands Between. The horned spectre of Darth Maul is alive and well in Elden Ring

How Can You Be Darth Maul In Elden Ring?

Over on Reddit, u/Night_Parad0x explained that by combining the Twinblade weapon and Bloodflame Blade, you can effectively wield Darth Maul's signature lightsaber. Let's be honest, there was a lot to hate in George Lucas' Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. Still, the addition of Darth Maul, his two-bladed red lightsaber, and the epic Duel of the Fates battle nearly made up for Jar Jar Binks.

More than just being aesthetically pleasing, the Twinblade and Bloodflame Blade combo packs a powerful punch that builds up blood loss and rapid strikes. In fact, the OP is looking for another Twinblade so they can dual-wield and look like General Grevious.

Darth Maul has appeared in plenty of video games over the years, and away from popping up in the Battlefront titles, he even appeared in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 as part of a licensing deal. Still, we didn't think we'd ever find him in Elden Ring. Okay, so we know it isn't actually him, but still...

Is Darth Maul In Elden Ring?

If you're already excited to twirl your double-bladed lightsaber and hack your way through the Burger King mascot, cat-like Burial Tree Watchdog, and sex toy-inspired enemies of the Lands Between, you can actually look like Darth Maul too. In a separate Reddit threat, u/SJReaver showed off their customised Darth Maul look using the sometimes janky character creation tool.

We'll admit it's not a perfect Darth Maul because the facial markings are different and he's missing horns, but it's a pretty good build.  We've already seen Samuel L. Jackson and Joker in Elden Ring, but coupling the Darth Maul build with the character creator, and we've got our very own Fallen Order 2 ahead of schedule. All we need now is someone to build Darth Vader - yeah, good luck with that one.
