As far as celebrity appearances goes, this might well be the weirdest Call of Duty x Hollywood crossover that we've had since Jon Snow (Kit Harrington) was an Advanced Warfare protagonist.

Cardi B might not wield the Longclaw of House Mormont into her concerts like Snow, but she has a set of long claws herself and now her bejewelled nail art has revealed a secret love for the Call of Duty franchise, as seen in her latest music video.

The American rapper and songwriter released a new single with RnB legend Kanye West called Hot S**t, and while her spectacular outfits were snapped up by the media fans spotted a stunning Modern Warfare 2 necklace draped around her neck.

Ahead of Modern Warfare 2's arrival in late October, Infinity Ward revealed that Task Force 141 will be returning, and with it, Ghost will make another grand entrance into the franchise.

Now, Cardi B has shown her appreciation for the mysterious character, by sporting his masked face as a completely diamond necklace in the official Hot S**t music video.

The necklace follows the same sky blue rhinestone look as the rest of her outfit, and is well camouflaged within her diamond drip, but nonetheless, Cardi B is a Call of Duty fanatic.

The chain can be seen 50 seconds into the official music video, with the celebrated rapper even adding the line "I don't know what's colder, man, my heart or my necklace?".

Cardi B even shared a close up of the necklace and pendant to her 23 million followers on Twitter following the release of her single with Kanye and Lil Durk.

We don't quite know whether Cardi B will be snapping up a copy of Modern Warfare 2 and firing quick scopes from across the remastered Quarry map, but it's a hell of shout-out. Where can we get one of those necklaces?
